MCLE Regulations

On December 18, 2009, the Supreme Court of New Jersey adopted New Rule 1:42 ("Continuing Legal Education") and deleted the prior Rule 1:26, "Skills and Methods Course," both effective immediately. The Court also appointed the Board on Continuing Legal Education.

On January 27, 2010 the Board on Continuing Legal Education published regulations approved by the Board on January 15, 2010 and adopted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on January 26, 2010.
