Approved service providers are persons, entities, organizations, or associations accredited by the Board on Continuing Education. Approved educational activities or approved courses are specific, individual activities or courses presented by approved service providers or presented by other then approved service providers if the activity or course is accredited by the Board.
The Board may grant approved service provider status, upon application, if the applicant meets the standards set forth by the Board. Providers may alternatively seek credit for individual courses.
NJ Law Credits offers CLE from approved service providers. NJ Law Credits also offers CLE courses approved as satisfying continuing legal education requirements in other jurisdictions. That is because the Board grants 1:1 credit to New Jersey attorneys for satisfactory completion of those courses.
