New Attorneys

For newly admitted attorneys in New Jersey, there are additional CLE requirements during an attorney's first two-year compliance period. The newly admitted attorney must satisfy 15 of his/her 24 required credit hours in any five of the following nine subject areas:

So new attorneys are required to earn three credit hours in each of five of the above subjects. NJ Law Credits can assist new attorneys in earning these credits.

Please note: (Those attorneys who have completed at least the first full year's requirements of the prior Skills and Methods Course are considered to have met the additional requirements for a newly admitted attorney.)
